Welcome Communications has been my one stop shopping point for all of my rechargeable battery needs - from Motorola radios, Streamlight Flashlights, computer batteries, and Bendix King radios to the special sealed lead acid batteries used in our suction units and all of the odd projects I have to build. Ken has incredible knowledge of his products and has always sent the right product at the right price and meets his shipping dates. Ken’s line of accessory parts and his knowledge of Motorola products has made him my only choice for keeping my fleet of MTS-2000 portables running at their best.

The quality of Ken’s product line is superior. While there may be a little better price for batteries and radio accessories on the internet, Ken’s products last much longer and represent a better investment of money, as well as time. Ken also takes the time to make sure that every order I place is exact and correct, no matter what the size or price of my order is.

If there is a discrepancy Ken always calls to verify what I want and need. Ken's customer service is second to none. And if Welcome Communications does not carry an item that I need (which is very rare), Ken refers me to companies that have the products and meet Ken’s high standard of quality and customer support.

Ken is also a strong Christian and it reflects in his business ethics. His honesty and integrity is unimpeachable. Ken’s attitude of being a servant makes him and his business a pleasure to work with!
